How much will I pay for shipping?
Free shipping for orders over € 150.
Orders less than 150 €, the price of the delivery will appear in your order before validation, according to your place of dispatch.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders in stock within 24 hours after the payment, Monday through Friday. At most, it can take up to 5 business days.
For pre-order, the delay varies from 5 to 7 weeks, it must be added 1 week for the transport and sending parcels. We strive to reduce the lead time as most we can.
The delivery date of your item will be communicated to you by e-mail during your order.
Which shipping method do you use?
We use the DPD shipping service which offers you an online tracking.

We ship orders in all European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg , Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Can I get a tracking number?

What if my tracking number does not work?
The confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped. Please wait until 24 hours to update this information. Contact us if you have more questions about your tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Make sure that all labels and labels of origin are always attached to the articles and that they are not worn, not washed not damaged, must imperatively be accompanied by the return form which we send you in the parcel, without which some management fees may be incurred and deducted from your refund.
Pre-orders can not be canceled before receiving your package. If the item does not meet your expectations, you are free to return it or exchange it.
The return must be done in the original package RePack or it will be billed.

Make sure that the original labels and tags are always attached to all items and that they are not worn, washed or damaged. Do not forget to fill out the return form.
Quality control will be performed on each item before it is refunded.

Will you refund my shipping costs?
We will only refund your shipping costs if you have received the wrong item. In all other cases, the shipment will be your responsibility. We recommend that you insure your package (or obtain a tracking number). Please note that returns are out of our control until they arrive at our warehouse.
How long does it take for a refund?
We will treat your return as soon as we receive it. Please allow 3 to 10 days for the update of your bank account.
