How much will I pay for shipping?

For Benelux, it’s free delivery for any order above 45,00 € and the shipment cost by DPD for any order between 0,00 €–44,99 € will be 5,00 €.

For Europe but outside Benelux, it’s free delivery for any order above 75,00 € and the shipment cost by DPD for any order between 0,00 €–74,99 € will be 12,00€.

For the US and Canada, it’s free delivery for any order above 149,95 € and the shipment cost by DPD for any order between 0,00 €–149,94 € will be 25,00 €.

For the rest of the world, it’s free delivery for any order above 149,95 € and the shipment cost by DPD for any order between 0,00 €–149,94 € will be 50,00 €.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship orders in stock within 24 hours after the payment, Monday through Friday. At most, it can take up to 5 business days. Please find the details below :

DPD delivery time for BENELUX - 2 days

DPD delivery for FR and DE - 4 to 5 days

UPS delivery for other EU countries - 2 to 3 days

UPS delivery for other countries outside the EU - 5 to 6 days

For pre-orders, the delay varies from 5 to 7 weeks, it must be added 1 week for the transport and sending parcels. We strive to reduce the lead time as most we can.

The delivery date of your item will be communicated to you by e-mail during your order.

What if my tracking number does not work?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like masks, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
