For all other countries, shipping costs will be displayed at the payment stage.
Important note: Shipping costs do not include potential customs duties and import taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are applied by local authorities based on the delivery destination.
Free returns are only available for orders that qualified for free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of payment, Monday through Friday. Processing may take up to 5 business days at most.

For pre-orders, production lead time is 5 to 7 weeks, plus 1 week for shipping. We do our best to reduce these delays as much as possible. Your estimated delivery date will be communicated by email when your order is placed.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

We ship to all European Union countries, as well as the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and China.

Missing or damaged items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete parcel, contact us immediately at hello@1971belgium.be with your order number and a photo. We will find a solution without delay.
