Waxed canvas is an old story. Before it dressed bags, it protected sailors' sails, coated with wax to defy the rain and the salt of the sea. Sailors took hold of it, for its strength, its water resistance, and that unique way it has of ageing well and lasting. As indestructible as leather.

Because it's a living material. It evolves over time, takes its marks, gains a patina, and little by little tells a story that belongs to you alone. After a year or two, the choice is yours: reapply the wax to bring back its shine, or let it dry for that beautiful, heavily worn vintage look. Either way, it only gets better.

Don't worry about the marks that may appear in the rain, that's the nature of the material. Keep them if you like them, or restore the as-new look in thirty seconds with a simple hairdryer.
